Pre-Listing Prep Checklist
This checklist is meant to guide preparation, not create pressure.
Most of what determines how a house shows is decided before anybody photographs it. This is the list I walk through with sellers in El Dorado Hills, in the order I would do it, because doing the deep clean before the touch-up paint means paying for the clean twice. Work down it at whatever pace suits you. Nothing here is urgent until we have agreed a date, and the point is to spread the work out rather than lose a weekend to it.
