A few things to think through as you imagine what comes next, at your own pace, in your own time.
This is the only list here that is not about a transaction. It is the one I use with people who are not sure they want to move, which is most people at the start. The questions are deliberately about the life rather than the house, because the house is the easy part and deciding is the hard part. Plenty of people work through this, conclude they are staying for now, and tell me so. That is a perfectly good outcome and I would rather you reached it on paper than halfway through an escrow.
