Photo Day Checklist

Photography day is the one morning that decides how most buyers first meet your house, because they will see the pictures weeks before they see the front door. Everything on this list takes minutes and every one of them shows up in a frame. Light matters more here than anywhere: our afternoons are bright and the rooms that face west can blow out, which is why the timing of the shoot is something we plan rather than leave to chance.
