Open House Checklist

Simple steps to show your home at its best , and keep what matters safe.

An open house means strangers walking through your home while you are not in it. Half of this list is presentation and half is protection, and the protection half is the one people skip. Medications, mail, spare keys and garage remotes go away before the first person arrives, every time, no exceptions. Many of our neighbourhoods are gated, which helps, and it is not a substitute for putting the valuables out of sight.

That is the whole list, ticked. Nicely done.
