El Dorado Hills schools: it depends on the street.
El Dorado Hills is not one school district. It is three, and the kindergarten through eight boundary was drawn around parcels rather than around neighborhoods, so it cuts straight through them. Two houses a few minutes apart, in the same community, behind the same gate, can feed different schools. Here is every school with how it ranks, which district it belongs to, and the two official tools that settle it for a specific address in about ten seconds.
Where these figures come from
School lists and grade spans: the Buckeye Union School District and Rescue Union School District schools pages, read 30 September 2026. Address lookups: the Buckeye district explorer and the Rescue school explorer, both published by the districts themselves, read 30 September 2026. Statewide rankings: SchoolDigger, 2024 to 2025 data, read 30 September 2026. Oak Ridge enrollment of 2,352 for 2025 to 2026: EdData. Graduation rate: SchoolDigger, which shows Oak Ridge above the California average of 88 percent.
Two school districts within Serrano: evidenced by the separate Buckeye and Rescue school special tax charge codes in the El Dorado County Auditor-Controller's AB 2109 letter. Folsom and Granite Bay district and school details: Folsom Cordova Unified, Roseville Joint Union and the US Department of Education Blue Ribbon list.
Rankings and boundaries both change. Nothing here replaces the district's own lookup for a specific address, and none of it is a promise about which school a particular house will be assigned to next year.
